Industrial oven cleaning operation using dry ice blasting technology

Removal of burnt grease residues on trolleys and walls of an industrial vacuum oven used for metal surface treatment.

The use of Cryoblaster ATX80 made it possible to remove significant layers of grease from an accumulation of 8 years of service.

No solvents, no water… Surfaces are preserved.

The process is fast and requires 4 times less time than a manual scraping operation. Furthermore, thanks to the hardness of dry ice comparable to that of chalk, electrical wiring is cleaned without being damaged.
