ATX25-P: 100% pneumatic dry ice blasting equipment
L'ATX25-P is a dry ice blasting cleaner 100% pneumatic extremely aggressive on the most stubborn contaminants, thanks to its optimized compressed air supply at 1 inch.
Equipped as standard with a pressure regulator, this machine is also capable of cleaning with gentleness the delicate surfaces : electrical cabinets, sensors, electronic boards...
Robust, lightweight (only 67 kg), theATX25-P is equipped as standard with an anti-static blast hose anti-static like the entire Cryoblaster® range Cryoblaster®.
Its maintenance mixed is easy, you simply need to add pneumatic oil every 20 hours of use. Pneumatic components are protected from corrosion thanks to a micron filter and its anti-seizing system, thanks to the bypass circuit.

Pressure and air flow: what you need to know for dry ice blasting
In 85% of cases, dry ice blasting is performed with a pressure of 6 to 7 barand an air flow between 3 000 and 5 000 liters per minute.
👉 The vast majority of companies are already equipped with compressors compatible with these specifications.
However, certain specific applications require higher pressure:

In 10% of cases, pressures of 8 to 10 barare used.

In approximately 5% of situations, pressure can reach 11 to 12 bar, with air flows between 5 000 and 8 000 l/min.
