100% PNEUMATIC DRY ICE BLASTING MACHINE

ATX25-P dry ice blaster: pneumatic power for demanding industrial environments

The ATX25-P is a 100% pneumatic dry ice blaster designed for intensive industrial cleaning operations. Without electrical power, it integrates easily into environments where simplicity, robustness, and operational safety are priorities.

Thanks to its optimized 1-inch compressed air supply, its 25 kg tank, and its adjustable dry ice consumption of up to 65 kg/h, the ATX25-P offers high impact capacity to remove stubborn contaminants: burnt grease, organic or synthetic residues, glues, oils, inks, carbon, industrial deposits, or heavily encrusted dirt.

Equipped as standard with a pressure regulator, it also allows for adapting the cleaning to more sensitive surfaces. This versatility makes it a machine suitable for heavy industrial maintenance as well as more technical applications, particularly on de-energized equipment, molds, production lines, hydraulic units, or installations in constrained environments.

  • 100% pneumatic operation: no electrical power required
  • Working pressure: 3 to 16 bar, with pressure regulator as standard
  • Dry ice consumption: 0 to 65 kg/h
  • 304 stainless steel tank: 25 kg capacity
  • Antistatic and anti-abrasion blast hose of 7 m
  • Machine suitable for industrial interventions, service providers, and ATEX zones depending on configuration and operating environment

To secure your setup: Compressed air & dry ice blasting · Compressed air sizing · Cleaning electrical cabinets

The ATX25-P was designed for users seeking a powerful, simple, and reliable machine, without dependence on an electrical power supply. Its 100% pneumatic operation limits installation constraints and facilitates its use in demanding industrial environments, especially when safety conditions require reducing the presence of electrical equipment.

Its optimized compressed air supply, combined with a 25 kg tank and dry ice consumption adjustment up to 65 kg/h, provides powerful and consistent projection on heavily adhering contaminants. The ATX25-P is thus suitable for intensive degreasing operations, removal of production residues, cleaning of molds, machine frames, ovens, conveyors, or heavily fouled industrial equipment.

The adjustable working pressure of 3 to 16 bar allows for adapting the aggressiveness of the cleaning according to the surface, the contamination, and the desired objective. By lowering the pressure and choosing a suitable nozzle, the machine can also be used on more sensitive surfaces, subject to prior testing and good mastery of the parameters.

Positioning the ATX25-P dry ice blaster for intensive industrial operations: when to choose this equipment?

The ATX25-P is designed for intensive dry ice blasting interventions and industrial maintenance operations requiring robustness, autonomy, and high projection capacity. More than just cleaning equipment, it is a reliable work machine, suitable for demanding production environments, repeated applications, and interventions on challenging industrial sites.

Its 100% pneumatic operation, without electrical connection, represents one of its main advantages. This design limits installation constraints, simplifies on-site operation, and allows for its use in certain sensitive environments, particularly in ATEX zones, subject to validation of the configuration, intervention environment, and internal procedures.

With an adjustable working pressure of 3 to 16 bar, adjustable dry ice consumption up to 65 kg/h, and a 25 kg stainless steel tank, the ATX25-P offers a cleaning capacity suitable for heavily adhering industrial contaminants: greases, oils, production residues, inks, glues, carbonized deposits, or fouling related to processes.

It is particularly aimed at industrial maintenance services, technical cleaning providers, and companies looking for a powerful machine that is simple to operate and independent of any electrical power supply. To achieve optimal performance, the compressed air system must be correctly sized, with sufficient air flow rate, stable pressure, and appropriate air treatment.

Typical applications of the ATX25-P dry ice blaster

The ATX25-P is designed for the treatment of industrial surfaces and intensive maintenance operations requiring a robust, autonomous, and simple-to-operate machine. Its main advantage lies in its 100% pneumatic operation, without electrical connection, which makes it particularly relevant in demanding or sensitive industrial environments.

This design allows for addressing heavily adhering contaminants, such as baked-on grease, oils, glue residues, inks, carbonized deposits, or fouling related to production processes. Thanks to its adjustable pressure from 3 to 16 bar, its 25 kg stainless steel tank, and its adjustable dry ice consumption up to 65 kg/h, the ATX25-P offers a projection capacity suitable for extended interventions and demanding cleaning tasks.

The ATX25-P is thus suitable for industrial maintenance services, technical cleaning providers, production workshops, applications in foundries, plastics processing, food processing, or on industrial lines. It can also be considered for certain interventions in ATEX zones, subject to validation of the configuration, operating environment, and internal procedures.

100% pneumatic operation: no electrical power required, ideal for sensitive environments or sites where electricity must be limited.

High blasting power: adjustable working pressure from 3 to 16 bar and dry ice consumption up to 65 kg/h to treat heavily adhering industrial contaminants.

Operational autonomy: 25 kg stainless steel tank and 7 m blast hose suitable for extended interventions and large surfaces.

      Limitations and unsuitable use cases

      Optimal use

      • Heavy industrial maintenance: suitable for cleaning machine frames, conveyors, hydraulic units, ovens, metal structures, and heavily fouled production equipment.

Foundry and metallurgy: effective for removing greases, release agents, carbonized deposits, compacted dust, and process residues on molds, tools, and technical parts.

Plastics and rubber industry: cleaning of molds, cavities, parting lines, and peripheral equipment, with pressure adjustment according to the nature of the deposit and the sensitivity of the substrate.

Food processing and production lines: dry cleaning of conveyors, frames, processing equipment, production areas, greasy residues, or carbonized food deposits, no water required or added chemicals.

Sensitive or constrained environments: relevant solution when the absence of electrical power is an advantage, particularly on certain industrial sites subject to reinforced safety procedures.

Interventions in ATEX zones: use possible only after validation of the configuration, intervention environment, grounding, ventilation, and internal site procedures.

      Unsuitable use cases

      • Small workshop compressors: the ATX25-P is not suitable for low air flow rates. To properly exploit its potential, a powerful, stable, and properly dried compressed air system must be provided.
      • Very high precision cleaning: for very sensitive surfaces, meticulous work, or applications requiring low air consumption, a more compact machine such as an XP02, XP07, or ATX nano will generally be more appropriate.
      • Deep rust and ingrained corrosion: dry ice blasting can remove surface rust or dirt, but it does not replace sandblasting, micro abrasive blasting, or mechanical treatment for deep corrosion.
      • Resistant paints, recent epoxy or two-component coatings: the ATX25-P can remove certain worn or weakened paints, but it is not intended for the systematic stripping of heavily adhering coatings that are not sensitive to thermal shock.
      • Scale, hard limescale, and compact mineral deposits: these contaminants are generally not very sensitive to dry ice blasting, as they react poorly to thermal shock and the impact of dry ice.
      • Confined or poorly ventilated spaces : like any dry ice blasting machine, the ATX25-P uses solid CO₂. Adequate ventilation and CO₂ level monitoring are essential in enclosed areas.

Compressed Air: Simple Integration or Full Autonomy

For an industrial site, the existing compressed air installation is generally sufficient to operate the ATX25-E V2, provided that the available flow rate and pressure are suitable. For a mobile service provider, however, purchasing or renting a dedicated compressor is often necessary to use the machine under consistent working conditions on external job sites.
