GARNET Abrasive for Dry Ice Blasting

Cryoblaster®, specializing in dry ice blasting, also offers abrasives GARNET for industrial stripping via dry ice blasting. Selected for their quality longer, available in different particle sizes et hardness levels, adapted to a variety of surfaces, including the most delicate.

The abrasive GARNET is one of the hardest and toughest minerals known to date. It is a natural et environmentally friendly material extracted from source rocks* found. It stands out for its high stripping speed, which is ensured by a large number of grains per unit volume acting on a given surface.

The abrasive GARNET is ideal for removing abrasive inclusions and achieves a roughness surface finish evenly of the treated substrate. It is a versatile abrasive perfectly suited to effects many surfaces.

Free of silica, this abrasive is optimal for removing abrasive residues and guarantees a uniformsurface finish. It does not deposit ferric contaminants, making it ideal for treating stainless steel, aluminum, and non-magnetic steels, while meeting workplace health and safety standards.

The abrasive GARNET 30-60 Mesh, with particle size between 200 à 600 microns, perfectly suited to multiple blasting applications at dry ou humid to effectively treat surfaces.

GARNET Abrasive Environmental Responsibility

The production of GARNET respects the environment. The packaging section with its double-jet automatic bagging machines fills paper bags with 25 kg and supplies the robotic palletizing cell. Pure GARNET is also packaged in one-ton bulk bags.
