Dry ice blasting degreasing operation on a hydraulic group valve


The equipment used is the Cryoblaster ATX20, which degreases all types of surfaces without water, without detergent, and effortlessly, thanks to dry ice projection.

Every corner is freed from contaminants: grease, carbon, fibers, faster and more effectively than any other traditional cleaning method.

Did you know?

The ATX20 is the only equipment on the market featuring a dry ice grinding system with adjustable particle size. For typical "oil film" treatment, we recommend working at a particle size of 0,4 mm, for uniform results. (Program 1). For thicker buildup, perform manual roughing first, then use particle size 1,8 to 3,5 mm (Program 3 to 6)
