CLEANING ELECTRONIC AND PNEUMATIC COMPONENTS CLEANED WITH DRY ICE BLASTING
New video from our section dry ice blasting applications. Cleaning electronic and pneumatic components with dry ice blasting is child's play!
Dry ice blasting of electronic and pneumatic components
Thanks to the innovative technology of cryogenic cleaning and controlled particle size dry ice projection, with the Grinder System ATX20.
In this video, we show you the treatment a airlock enclosure of phosphoric acid, integrating printed circuitboards and pneumatic components, including Teflon tubing.
Le Cryoblaster® ATX20 is the tool of choice for this operation. It grinds dry ice into particles with a particle size similar to that of powdered sugar . The result is impressive: dry ice particles, combined with low compressed air consumption and the use of micro supersonic nozzles, enable the ATX20 to clean delicate surfaces with great efficiency and without aggression.
Phosphoric acid residues from leaks on the tubing are rapidly eliminated, restoring complex geometries to their original cleanliness.
