The XP02 is a compact and high-performance dry ice blasting machine, ideal for professionals looking for an efficient and economical solution. Based on the Venturi system, it crushes dry ice using a double grinder system (double knurled rollers), allowing for homogeneous and precise spraying.
Thanks to its low compressed air consumption and adjustable dry ice consumption from 0 to 25 kg/h, the XP02 ensures efficient cleaning while reducing operating costs. It effortlessly removes oil, grease, inks, mold, organic and synthetic residue, glue, and much more.

How the XP02 works
The XP02 model incorporates an innovative grinding system that optimizes the efficiency of dry ice blasting, powered by a high-torque brushless motor. This powerful motor ensures an exceptional service life and guarantees consistent performance year after year, even in intensive use.
The user deposits dry ice in 3 mm pellets into the tank. As soon as the trigger of the gun is pressed, the two knurled rollers, rotating in opposite directions (double grinder system), come into action to crush the ice. This counter-movement causes the pellets to be crushed into micro-particles with an average grain size of 0.2 mm, ideal for precision cleaning. This system can even use inferior ice without loss of efficiency, turning each pellet into a mild, yet highly effective abrasive.
Once crushed, the microparticles are sucked up by the gun’s Venturi system and then projected at high speed onto the surfaces to be cleaned. This approach ensures accurate and uniform removal of contaminants, even in the most difficult-to-reach areas, for neat and professional work.

Air Pressure and Flow: What You Need to Know About the Cryoblaster® XP02
The Cryoblaster® XP02 dual-hose dry ice blaster stands out for its exceptionally low air consumption while maintaining outstanding cleaning efficiency.
In most applications, it operates optimally at a pressure of 6 to 8 bar, with an air consumption ranging from 800 to 1,200 liters per minute.
👉 These moderate requirements allow the machine to be used with a medium-sized air compressor, commonly found in many facilities — without the need for any special installation or additional investment.
For applications that require more intensive cleaning, the pressure can be increased up to 10 bar, while still maintaining very controlled air consumption.
🧠 Good to know: Thanks to its dual-hose system and double dry ice grinder, the Cryoblaster® XP02 delivers excellent performance even at low air flow rates — a major advantage for workshops and sites where compressed air resources are limited.
